Dr. Suchit Majumdar

Dr Suchit Majumdar is a Interventional Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist practising in Kolkata, currently attached to Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals.

Dr. Majumdar completed his MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata, and went on to do his MD from IPGME&R and SSKM Hospital, Kolkata. He then obtained a DM in Cardiology from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum which is a premier institute of national importance under government of India. Dr Majumdar did his postdoctoral fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology ( treatment of arrhythmias) from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute. Dr. Majumdar's areas of interest are Coronary and Valvular Interventions and Cardiac Electrophysiology and Catheter Ablation of Arrhythmias.
